Here's a question for you lot.

[ Today finds Ronald under a tree, enjoying the weather as he uses Barkley (now a houndoom) as a pillow. ]

Color a bloke curious but... how'd you come up with names for your pokemon? Ever fancy naming them after anyone from home?

Umm...I usually name mine after things that they remind me of. Or things that I think might relate to their personalities.

...I did name one of them after a friend, though.

Ah, I don't mind at all. I don't know if you know Chiaki Nanami...but I named my Abra after her. They remind me of each other.

You got one of the Sewaddle eggs if I am remembering correctly. Is that right?

Yeah, that's the one! Vinny's been practicing his sewing and it's been looking like he fancies sending you one of the hats he's been making.

[ First it was little scarves and doilies, but now he's taken to knitting. ]

He's all grown up to his second form now, by the by. D'you mind if I ask where you are?

Oh! That's interesting, actually...his mother knits things all the time. She will be very excited to hear that he does as well. I would love one of his hats!

[Shiruku has been getting better in her own knitting, but...hopefully he's marginally better at it than his mother before him. She tries though, bless her heart.]

S'that right? I'd wondered where he'd picked up the habit! It used to be small things... knitted a pouch for my Gear once. Now he's moving on to hats. Fancy that!

Goldenrod... right then! I'll have a couple sent over for you and maybe his mum sometime soon.

That's right. Shiruku would make little socks, when she was still a Sewaddle.

[Very tiny...unwearable socks.]

Socks, eh? Vinny used to make these little tubes. Couldn't figure out what they were for so we've been using them as tiny bags.

[ Gosh, that's adorable though... imagine, a whole family of knitting pokemon. ]

No worries! He just thought it only right to send a thing or two to the person I got him from.

I can send you some scarves that Shiruku has made in return, if you would both like. ...actually, I am sure she will probably insist that I do.
